Gender Gap in Investments, Romania

🇷🇴 Romania is making progress when it comes to diversity. While the numbers haven’t shifted dramatically yet, there are signs of improvement. However, there’s still a long way to go. Systematic changes are needed, particularly in education, cultural norms, and societal expectations, which continue to pose significant barriers. Additionally, supportive ecosystems - through media, policy, and inclusive funding frameworks - must be put in place.
