European Women in VC at GITEX Europe in 🇩🇪 Berlin

We joined the first edition of GITEX Europe - Europe’s new flagship tech and startup event which took place in 🇩🇪 Berlin and brought together innovators, founders, and investors from across the continent.

Kinga Stanislawska joined the panel discussion along  Dr. Gesa Miczaika, General Partner at Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund and Teresa Hernández Martín of EIT Manufacturing at European Innovation Council (EIC) pavilion, focused on the role of diverse investment teams in building stronger, more resilient innovation ecosystems. The discussion was moderated by Marta Wysoczyńska.

Together, they explored how inclusive VC strategies lead to better returns and lower volatility, and why building mixed and diverse teams is not only a moral imperative but a business advantage. Thank you to everyone who joined us in Berlin!
